Group sessions aren’t just for group shots, they also give time to capture individual portraits. Allowing you to get photos with your best friends, as well as solo shots that best represent you.

Personalized Locations

Each grad session is unique and can be customized to any location on campus. No set locations, simply a couple hours of creativity to capture your vision. These photos will reflect you and your experience these last few years at UofG. These photos should reflect you and your friend’s unique experiences at university.

Fill out the form below to book a graduation session, choose single or group for discounted rates. Book your gown rental from the University Bookstore and ensure rentals are available on you desired date. Sessions are from 4 - 9pm everyday depending on sunset for that month.

• Mini-Session with friend/partner/family

  $30+HST

  • Bring someone close for a quick 20 minute shoot to capture memories with one of your favourite people who helped you through school.

DELIVERABLES

• professionally edited + retouched images

  • All delivered images will be professionally edited and retouched in post-processing.

  • 100 - 200 high resolution (total for entire group) high-resolution JPEG images. Full sized print quality digital JPEGs included in the price, no hidden costs or surprise fees.

• online image gallery

  • A beautiful online image gallery that allows you to view, download, and order prints.

• License to publish digitally + print the images indefinitely

  • Client receives a license to digitally publish and print all delivered images for personal use indefinitely.

Group Portraits

Group sessions are energetic shoots that allow you to get both individual as well as group shots with your best friends. They can be customized to any locations you’d like on campus. An excellent choice for roommates or your best friends from the last four years. You spent so much time together, why not get photos together!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• What COVID-19 precautions do you have in place?

  • I take the safety of my clients to be the utmost priority for every shoot. If you prefer that I wear a face mask during our shoot, please let me know and I am more than happy to accommodate. I can also do a rapid test if you prefer as well.

• What if someone in my party is sick on the day of the session?

  • I offer free rescheduling at any point in time, especially for COVID-19 concerns. If at any point before, during, or after the shoot, you or someone in your party is feeling unwell, please inform me immediately and we will stop and reschedule the shoot. No need to risk anyone’s safety for a photo session.

• What happens if it rains on the day of the photo session?

  • If it happens to rain, we will find another day to do the photoshoot, typically the day before or after while you still have the gown rental (but we can always reschedule to a later date as well) with no additional charge for rescheduling. No need to stress about a rainy photoshoot, that would not be fun.

• How do I book the gowns?

  • You can contact the University Bookstore or Gaspard.ca to book gowns for the photoshoot. Be sure to book them as soon as possible as they are in limited supply and often are sold out during peak, grad shoot season. Links to both are highlighted above.

• What if we need to reschedule?

  • Simply send me an email as soon as you realize you would like to reschedule and I will do my best to find a suitable replacement date to accommodate.

• Can we bring a dog?

  • Yes! Just please also bring an extra person to look after the dog throughout the photoshoot to ensure we keep a good flow of time during the shoot without too many distractions.
