• individual session

  $250+HST

  • Includes 1 headshot with option to purchase additional images

• group session

  $150+HST (per person)

  • Includes 1 headshot per person with option to purchase additional images

ADD-ONs

• mobile studio for on-location sessions

  $100+HST

  • For on-location headshots at your business or location of your choosing (within 20km of Guelph, ON), the mobile studio can be set up quickly and requires a 6' x 12' space.

  • Otherwise, client will visit home studio based in Guelph for the session

• additional edited images

  $50+HST each additional image

  • For additional delivered retouched and edited images, this add on can provide you with multiple images for various uses.

DELIVERABLES

• professionally edited + retouched images

  • All delivered images will be professionally edited, colour corrected, colour graded, and retouched in post-processing.

• high-resolution images

  • High-resolution JPEG images

  • 1 final image per person

• personalized proofing process

  • Client has opportunity to proof all the images during the session through tethered workstation and select their favourite image/images for final delivery. This allows for tweaks with lighting, pose, expression, et cetera during the photoshoot to ensure you receive the headshot that best represents you.

• online image gallery

  • Image gallery to download your headshot upon completion that is active for 30 days from the date of delivery

• copyright release for personal and commercial use of the images

  • Client receives digital and printing rights to all delivered images for personal use indefinitely.

  • If images are needed sooner than the expected delivery date, a rush premium can be added to the balance at a rate of 20% of the total balance to accommodate tighter timelines
